Discussed the New membership drive letter, Then reviewed the letter that was written and posted on the
CBF website. There will be 5, $100.00
rewards given to new members. The letter
will be sent to BASS for review and distribution to all BASS Members from

Youth Director:
There was a discussion about getting shirts for the youth program. Jay will look into getting shirts from Triton.
The 2007 Youth events calendar will be set up in Jan or Feb once the clubs begin their 2007 schedules.
Clubs were asked to remind there members that have made the state team that they are required to attend 2 events and the State Team Meeting.

Sean has arranged for a local club to do the weigh in.
New Rule for 2007: CBF members planning to fish need to confirm they are a member with a club prior to signing the entry form. Entry will not be accepted if the membership is not updated.
Entry fee will be paid on the CBF website. Go to the TD page and click on the pay now button. Payments will be accepted by Credit card or from paypal account to paypal account.
Drive to Amistad is approx. a 17 hr drive so plan accordingly.
Due to a possible conflict with Sean’s schedule, John

2007 6-man Federation Nation team tournament: Due to lack of interest for the 2006 season, there was little if any discussion about format or lakes for qualifying. Tabled till the Jan. meeting.

Presentation: Blake Muhlenbruck (CBC Member)
Blake is the Owner and President and founder of the new bait company Naked Bait Co (www.nakedbaitco.com) and Fishing the Future Catching the Dream. Blake discussed with the members what his company was about. He discussed that his foundation Fishing the Future Catching the Dream concentrates on teaching kids about fishing, conservation, and the environment. It also is looking for donations and volunteers to assist him in building lake structure, and handicap access. He is also looking for a donation of fish mounts, so when he goes to classrooms he can show children what the real fish looks like. Please visit his website www.nakedbaitco.com.

CBF needs proposals from clubs for a project that they would like to do, in their area.
