Treasurers report was accepted as read

Casting kids finals will be held in conjunction with the Southern Colorado Boat Show March 4-6 2005. Location is 1801 Union in Colorado Springs. Personnell coverage is as follows

Mar 4th        12-9pm Pikes Peak Bassmasters

March 5th    10-3pm        Bassin the Rockies

3-9pm Denver Bassmasters

March 6th    all day          State Team members

Tournament Directors Report

Dave gave out entry forms and rules. We should bring STQT give away items to the next meeting in March. Each club should bring at least one item valued at a minimum $35.  You can call Dave with and questions and coordination issues at 303-525-7086.

Old Business:

Appreciation day invitees are due to Jeff Jones on or before the next meeting in March. Divisionals committee is talking to Sky Ute Casino about comping rooms and acting as host lodging center for the 2007 Divisionals. More details in March.

New Business:

Pospone club schedules until March. Take to the clubs a discussion about how to deal with clubs not participating in the federation. Some clubs choose to pay dues and receive insurance but never attend meetings or support federation activities. How should these clubs be treated and what if any penalty should be imposed. We will re-visit this in March
