Grand,
1st round of voting eliminated Thunderbird, Table Rock,
Top 3 votes were Trueman, Grand, Havasu..
The second round of voting eliminated Havasu and Truman to leave Grand lake of the Cherokees as the site for the 2009 state team qualifier.
Disucssion ensued and it was voted to fish Grand the week of June 7th, 2009, Mike will begin the permit process. The second week of June would be the second choice if we can not get a permit for the 1st week.
We discussed raising the entry fee to the State team qualifier. Jay advised that the Divisionals are not going away, so some would continue to incur costs to attend divisionals. In the end we voted keeping the fees the same. Registration will also stay the same.
Mike will decide if we will run the weigh in or have another party do the weigh in. regardless, We need some new bags for the STQ. Jay has already contacted Pro Tournament scales to get new bags. Their supplied has had a problem with the bags they sell. Which are two part bags. A mesh inner bag and a waterproof outer bag. Jay will get these as soon as they are available.
Mike will get us information on a release boat for Grand as our fish kill was higher that we wanted at out last tournament there.

Proposed by law revision.
SW proposed that we change by laws on club voting. They proposed that we make voting by club membership numbers.
Was voted on by all clubs and was not passed, voting will remain the same, 3 votes per club as long as there are 3 members of that club at the BOD meeting.
DO we want a booth at the upcoming boat show?
discussed and we have not seen any new members with these so we will not do a booth.
Next BOD meeting will be hosted by centennial
